TOUGH RESULTS, STRONG PROMISE

Another round of the TAG Heuer Porsche Esports Supercup is in the books! It was a tough one for Jordan Caruso after a Qualifying Preparation error, but he came back firing in the Sprint Race to claw his way up multiple spots into a solid 26th, setting himself up for a great result going into the Feature.

Sadly, his Feature Race didn’t go to plan with an unfortunate contact leaving the car too damaged to continue. However, despite the result, Jordan is currently holding a strong 25th in points, just outside the automatic qualification spots, as well as P6 out of all Rookies in the series so far.

A long way to go and plenty of points left to pickup

STRONG SPRINT, ROUGH FEATURE IN SUPERCUP OPENER

Jordan Caruso got his debut season in the Porsche TAG Heuer Esports Supercup off to a strong started, with a P9 grid position and a solid sprint race to get a Top 10 in his first race.

Unfortunately, he would be tagged on Lap 2 at the hairpin and dropping him to last of the runners. Solid pace would bring him back to the pack by the race’s end, he would finish P23.

Excellent signs for the season ahead. Can’t wait for Round 2!

ERWC DAY 1 COMPLETE

It was always going to be tough, however Tobias Pfeffer was superlative with his performance, especially in the Second chance race, taking Pole Position and dominating the race to win comfortably.

It was a bruising affair down in the pack where Beau and Jose found themselves, where track blockages happened on a few occasions making it tough to advance to the quarter finals.

Nevertheless, it was a fun first day and we ended up 16th out of the 22 teams in the ACC phase. Next up is an even bigger… RFactor2!

TOP 5 IN DAYTONA 24!

Qualified 5th – Finished 5th. Sounds pretty boring, but Daytona 24 is never that!

Luke McKeown, Yannick Lapchin and Rafaele Rezzag did a tremendous job to fight up the front early, nurse through damage from hour 4, and fight back towards the end to bring the McLaren home in 5th place in the main broadcasted #iRacingDaytona24 race, within sight of P3.

Congrats to FYRA SimSport on taking the win in GTD on the win, and Apex Racing Team on winning the LMP2 class.

Our second car just missed out on Top Split, with an average iRating of 7.6K! Nevertheless, the quartet of Florian Denard, James Scott, Kody Deith and Jordan Caruso did an exceptional job to go from the back of the grid, to P2 in the second split.
